Kevin J. Newell, 55, of Maywood, New Jersey, was arrested at his residence after being charged by Pennsylvania authorities with trafficking in individuals, trafficking in minors, unlawful sexual contact with a minor, knowingly or permitting the depiction on a computer of a child sex act and criminal use of a communication facility.
